Welcome to Micro Web Hosting. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our hosting and related services (“Services”). By subscribing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.
0. KYC Enforcement Policy
We partner with Digio (digio.in) for identity verification. By using our Services, you consent to share your information with Digio solely for KYC verification.
0.1 Mandatory Requirement
KYC is mandatory for all customers (individuals & businesses) who order or use any Micro Web Hosting service.
You may complete checkout without KYC, but verification must be completed within 24 hours of placing the order.
Until verified, all services remain Provisioned – Pending KYC and may be suspended.
0.2 KYC Process
KYC must be completed via the Client Area. We may require:
Government-issued ID
Selfie/live identity confirmation
Proof of address
Business documentation for business accounts
All information must match the account holder details.
0.3 Enforcement & Suspension
If KYC is not completed within 24 hours:
Services will be automatically suspended
No SLA credits accrue during suspension
Long-term failure may lead to termination without refund
0.4 Post-Approval Activation
Once KYC is approved, customers must open a support ticket for activation during support hours.
0.5 Refund Eligibility
Only customers with approved KYC qualify for refunds.
Chargebacks without KYC completion may be treated as abuse.
0.6 Rejection & Re-verification
KYC may be rejected for:
Forged or tampered documents
Mismatch with account information
Fraud concerns
False information may result in immediate termination without refund.
0.7 Business & Reseller Accounts
Documentation may be requested for:
Business ownership verification
Authorized signatories
Resellers must ensure compliance of their end-users.
0.8 Data Protection
KYC data is processed only for identity verification, legal compliance, and fraud prevention according to our Privacy Policy.
0.9 Sanctions & Restrictions
We may decline service where regulatory restrictions prohibit verification or use of services.
0.10 Policy Updates
KYC requirements may be updated at any time.
1. Abuse Policy
Abusive or malicious activities toward our infrastructure or the Internet are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
Prohibited activities include:
DoS / DDoS attacks
Hacking, exploits, brute force tools
CPU/resource-intensive misuse
Spamming or mail bombing
IRC services, warez hosting
Phishing or fraudulent websites
IP scanners or botnets
Illegal media/content distribution
HYIP, Ponzi, or investment scam sites
Game servers are allowed on VPS within resource limits. Personal proxies are permitted.
Illegal behavior may be reported to authorities.
2. Domain Registration
Domain registration is subject to registry rules, approval, and ID accuracy.
Fees must be paid in full before activation.
Expired domains are solely the customer’s responsibility.
No refunds once a domain is registered.
Domain Hijacking Disclaimer
Micro Web Hosting is not responsible for unauthorized access or domain theft.
Customer must secure credentials and theft protection.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for theft protection services.
3. Cancellation Policy
We may cancel service at any time in case of violation (no refund).
Customer cancellations:
→ No refunds after 7 days for Shared Hosting
→ No refunds for VPS, Dedicated, or Custom ServicesLicenses/add-ons are non-refundable.
4. Storage Policy
You may NOT:
Host video/music streaming websites
Use hosting as cloud storage or backup space
Upload large or irrelevant files
Exceed 512MB per email account
5. Content Policy
Strictly prohibited:
Adult content
Racist or hate-based content
Illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization
Cron jobs minimum interval: 15 minutes
We may remove violating content without notice.
6. Uptime Guarantee
Excludes:
Scheduled maintenance
Third-party software/hardware failures
Force Majeure events
7. Adult Content
Hosting or distributing adult content will lead to immediate termination without notice.
8. Backups & Data Policy
Micro Web Hosting does not provide backups.
Customers are fully responsible for their own data.
9. Copyright Compliance
Unauthorized copyrighted content is prohibited.
Violations result in termination and possible legal action.
10. Email / Anti-Spam Policy
Maximum 100 outgoing emails per hour
Only confirmed opt-in mailing lists permitted
Blacklist removal fee: ₹30,000+
11. Use of Services
Customers must comply with:
Indian & international laws
Intellectual property rights
Data protection laws
Crypto mining of any kind is prohibited.
13. Payment Policy
Recurring payments must be made on time to avoid suspension.
14. Overdue Payment & Termination
1-day grace period
After that: Account termination + data deletion
Data recovery is not guaranteed
15. Account Setup
Accounts are activated after payment verification.
Customer must provide a valid, accessible email address.
16. Data Migration Policy
We do not offer migration assistance.
Migration is the customer’s responsibility.
17. Security Responsibility
Customer is solely responsible for account security.
18. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for performance or failures of external integrations.
19. Communication Policy
Abuse toward our staff is not tolerated.
Violation may lead to suspension or termination without refund.
20. Support Policy
Support available:
Monday–Friday
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST
Support Tickets only
(Advanced coding support not included)
21. Prohibited Countries / OFAC Compliance
We may refuse service to restricted regions based on international sanctions.
22. Refusal of Service
We may refuse, suspend, or cancel service at our discretion.
23. Legal & Indemnity
Customers indemnify Micro Web Hosting against legal claims arising from their content or actions.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law.
Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts of Bhagalpur, Bihar.
25. Policy Updates
We may modify Terms anytime.
Continued service usage = acceptance of updated Terms.
