At Micro Web Hosting, we are committed to providing reliable and high-performance hosting services. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
1.1 New Users (Managed Shared Hosting)
Refunds are offered only for first-time purchases of Managed Shared Hosting.
You must cancel within 7 days of purchase and provide a valid server-related issue.
Third-party apps, themes, plugins, or custom code are not covered.
1.2 One Refund Per Customer
Only one refund is permitted per customer.
Multiple services or multiple signups will not qualify.
1.3 Non-Refundable Services
No refunds are provided for:
- Domain registration, renewal & transfer
- Domain privacy services
- SSL Certificates
- Reseller Hosting
- VPS Servers
- Dedicated Servers
- Clusters
- Addons
- Licenses
- Extra IPs
- Website development services
1.4 Product Upgrades / Downgrades
Refunds will not be issued for plan changes. Customers are responsible for new billing generated after upgrades or downgrades.
1.5 Existing Customers
If you already have an active service, additional newly purchased services become non-refundable.
1.6 Suspension / Termination
No refund will be issued if your service is suspended or terminated due to:
- Email marketing / spam / service abuse
- Illegal, immoral, or prohibited activities
- Resource over-use or terms of service violations
1.7 Payment-Related Termination
Refunds do not apply if services are terminated due to late or failed payments.
Timely payment is the customer’s responsibility.
1.8 Late Fees
A late fee of ₹99 applies if payment is overdue after suspension. This must be paid for service reactivation.
1.9 KYC Verification
Refunds are issued only when KYC verification is completed and approved.
Accounts without verified KYC are not eligible.
2. Payment & Service Activation
2.1 Instant Activation
Accounts paid via credit/debit card, net banking, PayPal activate automatically.
UPI/NEFT/IMPS payments activate only after we confirm receipt of funds.
2.2 Bank-Based Payments
Payments made directly to our bank through UPI/NEFT/IMPS are non-refundable, but may be added as account credit at our discretion.
3. Additional Terms
3.1 Hosting Plans With Free Domain
If you cancel a plan that includes a free domain:
- The standard domain price will be deducted from the refund.
- If the refund is lower than the domain cost, the difference must be paid or the domain must be forfeited.
- Domain transfers require standard transfer charges.
3.2 WHMCS License for Reseller Plans
Reseller hosting includes a shared WHMCS Starter License.
If cancelled within 7 days, $29.95 will be deducted as license cost.
3.3 Migration Fee (If Refund Requested After Migration)
A fee of ₹1,000 per GB + GST applies for migrated:
- Files
- Databases
- Emails
- Backups
These charges remain mandatory even if:
- The remaining refundable amount becomes zero
- Additional effort was required due to poor configuration
- Multiple websites/cPanels were migrated (fee applies per account)
3.4 Taxes & Fees
Refunds do not include:
- Taxes & setup fees
- Refund processing fees
- Courier/postal charges
- Payment gateway/processing fees
4. Cancellation Process
4.1 Submitting a Refund Request
Submit your cancellation request via Client Area within 7 days.
Requests after 7 days are non-refundable.
4.2 Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days once validated and KYC approved.
4.3 Outstanding Dues
Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension or termination.
Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
4.4 Termination Conditions
Your account may be terminated if:
- You request service discontinuation
- Renewal payment is not made before due date
- Terms of Service or AUP violations occur
- Fraud review fails or verification not completed
4.5 System-Generated Actions
Automated actions occur daily at 2:00 AM IST:
- Invoice creation
- Service suspension
- Termination
- Late fees addition
4.6 Backup Responsibility
Customers must maintain their own backups.
Upon termination, all data is permanently deleted.
Micro Web Hosting is not liable for any resulting data loss.
5. Additional Notes
5.1 WHMCS Usage
The included WHMCS Starter License supports up to 250 clients.
Upgrades to higher tiers require additional charges.
5.2 Service Discontinuation by Customer
If requested during the active term:
- Service is suspended immediately
- Terminated within 24 hours
5.3 Post-Expiration Cancellation
If cancelled after plan expiration:
- Service is suspended immediately
- Permanently deleted within 24 hours
5.4 Renewal Policy
- Renewal invoices are generated 14 days before due date
- Suspension on due date
- Termination on 8th day after due date
5.5 Anti-Fraud Measures
All orders undergo automated fraud checks.
Unverified or suspicious orders may be suspended or terminated.
